Enrolling at Little Dove Learning Center is simple and family-friendly. To begin, we invite you to schedule a tour of our facility, meet our staff, and learn more about our programs. Once you’re ready to enroll, we’ll provide you with a registration packet that includes all necessary forms and information. Completed enrollment forms, a copy of your child’s immunization records, and the registration fee will secure your child’s spot. Our team is here to guide you through every step of the process and answer any questions you may have—we’re excited to welcome your family to the Little Dove community! We encourage parents to call and schedule an appointment to visit Little Dove Learning Center. You're welcome to bring your child along so they can explore the environment with you. During your visit, we’ll walk you through our program, answer any questions, and discuss our policies in a warm and welcoming setting. We look forward to getting to know your family and sharing what makes Little Dove a special place to learn and grow.

To complete enrollment at Little Dove Learning Center, we ask that the registration form be fully filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. We also kindly request an up-to-date copy of your child’s immunization records and a physical exam report, signed and dated by a physician. To ensure a smooth start, we ask that these documents be submitted at least one week before your child’s first day. Our team is here to help with any questions along the way and to make the process as easy as possible.

Tuition fees at Little Dove Learning Center are payable on a bi-monthly or monthly basis and are conveniently processed through automatic ACH withdrawals. A non-refundable annual registration fee of $150 is due at the time of enrollment.

Please note that tuition remains the same during weeks with holidays or center closures. Additionally, there are no deductions for absences due to illness or vacation, as your child’s spot is reserved exclusively for them. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting consistent, high-quality care and learning.

Fueling Growing Bodies: Our Meal Program
At Little Dove Learning Center, we provide nutritious, well-balanced meals that support your child’s growth and development. Our daily menu includes a variety of wholesome foods such as 2% milk, whole grain products, fresh vegetables, eggs, lean meats, dairy items, and 100% fruit juice.
For infants who are not yet following the center’s food program, parents are asked to supply formula and any necessary dietary items. If your child has food allergies or specific dietary needs, please speak with the Director so we can make appropriate accommodations. A monthly menu will be posted and available for review, so you’ll always know what your child is being served.
Closure Policy
Closings
We are closed on observance of federal holidays and holidays observed by Bexar County and the City of San Antonio. Days are posted on calendar located in the office.
Hazardous Weather and Snow Closings
We follow the Bexar County and Northside School District closings during inclement weather days. If they announce they are closing early due to hazardous weather and road conditions we will close early. However, we will remain open until all the children are safely picked-up.
A notification will be posted on our WEB site if any of these conditions apply.
