The Soul of Little Dove

I am a proud mother of four wonderful children—Josh, Nadia, Karli, and Julianna—whose ages range from 19 to 8 years old. My husband and I have been happily married for over 30 years, and together we’ve built a life rooted in love, faith, and family.

Born and raised in San Antonio, I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I began my journey in education in 1996 with Northside ISD, serving for 17 years in various roles. I spent over a decade as a Special Education teacher for Preschool Children with Disabilities at Westwood Terrace and Oak Hills Terrace Elementary Schools. I then transitioned to campus leadership, serving as the Special Education Coordinator at Lewis Elementary, followed by vice principal roles at Colby Glass and Judge Andy Mireles Elementary Schools.

My lifelong passion has been to nurture young children in a loving and enriching environment. Today, I am blessed to fulfill that calling through Little Dove Learning Center—where God has given my family and me the opportunity to support, guide, and grow alongside the families we serve.
